Battery O'Rorke II

Atop Battery O'Rorke at Ft. Barry in the Marin Headlands, part of the Golden Gate Recreation Area, looking North. The stairs to the left lead to the four 3 inch gun mounts that were removed in 1946 following the forts' deactivation in 1945.

Part of early twentieth century designed and built coastal defenses guarding San Francisco Bay, now part of the Golden Gate National Reacreation Area and home to graffiti of all types.
